Member Management - Staff

You can add your staff members to the dashboard, so they can also log patrols, add or edit members, etc…

Tip

Before beginning, you should double check if you (owner) gave the right permissions in the “role tab” (look at Ranks & Specialties Tabs — Promotions and Titles) All person who will at least have the “portal access” is eligible to get access.

Permissions

You dispose of 3 ‘permission levels’ for your staff members:

Caution

Only give co-owner permissions to trusted staff members, as they have full access to the regiment dashboard.

Inviting Staff Members

1. Go to the “Invites & Access” category on the sidebar.

3. Once you have setup the permissions for each staff member, you can invite them by sending them the invite link attributed.

Note

They do not need to make multiple accounts if they already have one, they just need to use the same account to accept the invite and they will have access to the regiment dashboard with the permissions you set.
